I don't know about you, but too often I'm focused on the next thing and can taken out of the present. When you are not present, your work, your relationships and your fitness suffer. The reality is the future is fake - its imaginary bc it hasn't happen yet.
Here's a way to focus on the NOW!
First thing in the morning, find a quite place, sit down (not lay down), close your eyes and focus on your breathing.
Start with just three minutes! Set an alarm so you do not have to worry about losing track of time.
